Living After Loss
Some losses are visible. Others are subtle and deeply personal.
All can leave us standing in unfamiliar territory.

Living After Loss is a six-week group experience for women who find themselves in a liminal space — the tender, disorienting in-between that follows loss. It is the place where the old world has shifted or fallen away, the new one has not yet formed, and you are learning to breathe inside uncertainty.
Honouring the Threshold
In many cultures, liminality is understood as a sacred phase of transition — a time when old identities soften and new ones have not yet taken shape. It is often marked by stillness, emotional intensity, confusion, or deep reflection.

Modern life rarely makes room for this stage. We are encouraged to “move on,” “stay positive,” or find quick closure. But grief — in all its forms — cannot be rushed.

This group honours the threshold.

Living After Loss is created as a refuge for that liminal terrain — a space where grief is not judged, silenced, or hurried, but witnessed and met with compassionate community.
What We Will Explore
Through a blend of:
Participants are invited to explore the wisdom that can emerge within this threshold —
the loss, the love, the unraveling, and the quiet beginnings of what may be forming next.
There is no pressure to be “ready.”
There is no expectation to have clarity.
Only space to be with what is true for you.
