Bring Your Broken Heart

A Grief & Embodiment Circle for Women After the Death of a Loved One

You don’t need to get over it.
You just need a place to hold it.

Bring Your Broken Heart is a six-week grief circle for women who are living with the death of someone they love. This is not about fixing, rushing, or finding silver linings. It is about creating a steady, compassionate space where your grief can exist exactly as it is.

Because grief needs community.

The Liminal Space of Grief

The death of a loved one places you in a liminal space — the threshold between what was and what will be.

It can feel like standing at the edge of a world that continues to move without you. Daily life rushes forward. People return to routines. Seasons change. And yet inside, something remains suspended in the moment everything shifted.

This “standing still while life moves on” is one of the most painful and disorienting parts of grief. It can bring loneliness, invisibility, and the quiet pressure to keep pace with a world your heart is not ready to rejoin.

But liminal space is not a failure to move on.

It is a sacred pause — a necessary space where your heart slowly catches up to your new reality. A place where identity reshapes, where meaning gently re-forms, and where you learn to walk forward at your own pace.

This circle honours that threshold.

A Grief Practice, Not a Fix

Bring Your Broken Heart is described as a grief practice because grief is not something to solve. It is something to tend.

Through a blend of:

Gentle embodiment

and somatic awareness

Shared reflection

and witnessing

Grounded ritual

Compassionate

community connection

participants are invited to stay present with their grief in ways that feel supported and human.

There is no expectation to be strong.
No pressure to be positive.
No timeline for healing.

Only space.
